Child Support is Caught Up

It seems child support is now caught up. I was able to get groceries and get the kids some special food treats. That was nice. They only get like $50.00 a piece right now so it isn't much, but it does help when it comes in. I am glad that he does get the chance to catch up somehow.

Still hoping to get an attorney. I'm trying to get help with it right now but we'll see.

The Christmas Gifts Aren't Coming Here

Well, I just found out the gifts were sent to him (after all that blaming me) and he said he had spent part of it for himself instead of giving it to the kids. I don't know what to think. I don't know how much he spent or what. Who knows. I'm just glad they're getting something. It would have been nice had it arrived on Christmas Eve so they could all share it together.

I'm just still fuming that I was led to believe it was lost all that time.

Going to Try to Get State Help

I'm going to try and go through the state again to see if I can get help. I tried a few years ago but they denied it because he wasn't beating me. I did mention the pot smoking and the swearing/emotional abuse but they didn't care. I'll just try again and see what happens.

It's Been Quiet the Last Few Days

No word from him except one call where he thought I had called him. It's been nice but since he likes to come inside without permission and go through open windows or unlocked doors I always get a little nervous. I hate living like that. In the summer I can't let the fresh air in because he will come over and if I don't answer the door he tries to crawl in through the window. Sad, isn't it?

It Has Been Proven - He Continued the Buying Present Saga in the Car

One of the kids told me that he point blank told them I was hiding presents that his mother sent the kids from his view. Why would I do something like that? I want my children to be happy!

I've been accused of hiding presents

Wow, just wow. It's something new daily. Not only were my dinner plans messed up for Christmas (I will not fight over them in front of the kids) but I was accused by my ex for hiding presents that my in-laws are sending. He stood outside my door and yelled profanities at me that I was hiding the presents so he would have nothing to open for them. HUH? I want my children to be happy! Why would I do that? He also said it in front of them in the car I was told. UGH.

No, the presents haven't arrived yet. Mail is slow here. I hope they will be here tomorrow so the kids can call their grandparents and thank them and then go shopping for what they were hoping to get and didn't. :)
